We have a high degree of empathy for business builders and understand the challenges of developing enterprises with limited support and financial resources. We are self-reliant, mid-career entrepreneurs who bring a hands-on and decisive approach to all that we do.

We appreciate the human side of commerce. Business is all about creating value so that its whole meaningfully exceeds the sum of its parts. Only people can do this, and the better a management team the greater and more sustainable the value.

We are in business for the long term. We are principals, not agents for other interests, and seek to assemble a lasting portfolio of companies.

We are open minded, and we listen. We love learning about new businesses and have an insatiable curiosity about their key drivers, but it is hard work and constantly requires us to challenge ourselves. We have held roles of this nature for many years and know that our goals would be unachievable were we not to have the patience and desire to learn from others.
